We also provide treatments as out-of-network practitioners for companies with whom we aren't currently credentialed. At the end of each treatment, per your request, we will provide a receipt for services rendered in which you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.

 

It is the patient's responsibility to contact their insurance company to verify benefits and resolve lack of payment issues.* Policies that do cover acupuncture or massage may only be eligible for specific diagnoses, require a prescription, and/or restricted to a limited number of visits per calendar year. 

 

Pricing*

Acupuncture: $160 for initial treatment, $110 for follow up treatments

Massage: $95 for one hour, $125 for ninety minutes

Naturopathic Consult: Pricing varies, please contact Dr. Dymond for a price estimate

 

*these prices are already discounted, time of service, cash rates

 

Payments 

Billing is performed in-house at Queen Anne Natural Health.  Claims will be submitted to in network insurers in a timely manor and we provide some general support to resolve common claims issues.  However, we cannot negotiate disputed claims. It is the patient's responsibility to contact their insurance company to resolve lack of payment issues.

Insurance co-pay and/or dispensary items are due at the time of service. Consolidated statements including deductible out-of-pocket maximum and any other outstanding charges will be provided once a month and on request.  Finance charges are applied to all unpaid balances after 90 days.

If you do not have insurance coverage, or we are not yet billing your insurance company, we appreciate your payment in full at the time of service. We accept cash, checks, Visa and MasterCard. 

 

Cancellation Policy / Missed Appointments

Thank you for understanding that we have limited time slots to fill and in order to run a successful business, we find it necessary to require 24 hour notice of cancellation in order for you to avoid being billed the $70 late cancellation no show fee.
