Billing is performed in-house at Queen Anne Natural Health. Claims will be submitted to in network insurers in a timely manor and we provide some general support to resolve common claims issues. However, we cannot negotiate disputed claims. It is the patient's responsibility to contact their insurance company to resolve lack of payment issues.
Insurance co-pay and/or dispensary items are due at the time of service. Consolidated statements including deductible out-of-pocket maximum and any other outstanding charges will be provided once a month and on request. Finance charges are applied to all unpaid balances after 90 days.
If you do not have insurance coverage, or we are not yet billing your insurance company, we appreciate your payment in full at the time of service. We accept cash, checks, Visa and MasterCard.
